Don’t be mediocre

You may have heard the saying- Life is short. And every year is set with new challenges, distractions and growth. So why just put the limited or even half the energy into something, when you could really just put everything into the path you want? 

Don’t be mediocre just do what you really want to do in life or in a project or whatever you are working on. Take the risk and fall in love with something you created. This is easy to say and harder to do. Family and friends say weird comments or maybe just absolutely discourage your goals or dreams. Don’t listen to them and keep going! 

Because you will have the break through you are seeking. It is rarely immediately after you start, but can take years to administer and work on regularly and learn, learn, learn more about how to excel in it.

Don’t bring ordinary to the table. Each day bring unique, bring new and bring you.

Be in the moment

Is it soft and smooth or has intricate details or maybe it is heavy and hard?  Think about the size. Does it have its own unique size or is it large, medium or small? What is the shape look like?  Does the object have a scent? For example, maybe a purple object has a lavender scent or maybe a wooden object has a wood scent. Does it smell nice?  Why do you like this object that you are holding? Does it make you smile? Maybe it brings you comfort? Now during your hard times think about this object. Think about how it feels and smells but most important think about how this object makes you feel.  #objects #sensory
